Privacy & Terms of Use

The BeeXchange state-leader portal is operated by Hives for Heroes. The software and all data it contains are proprietary and confidential. Last updated July 2026.

What this portal handles

To help state leaders welcome fellow veteran beekeepers, this portal processes contact records (name, email, phone, U.S. state, and whether a person is already on BeeXchange) drawn from Hives for Heroes systems. It is used solely to coordinate outreach and invitations to The BeeXchange community.

Who can see it

Access is restricted to authenticated, authorized Hives for Heroes leaders and administrators. A state leader can view only the contacts for the state(s) they are assigned. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for their own marketing.
